How long does shipping take within the UK?
We offer complimentary tracked shipping across the UK. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while custom builds may require an additional 7 days for assembly and testing.
Are your watches water-resistant?
Yes, all our watches are fitted with gaskets and pressure tested to at least 5ATM (50 meters), making them suitable for daily wear and swimming, though we recommend avoiding deep-sea diving.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for all non-customized stock items. Watches must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all protective films intact.
Do I get a warranty with my purchase?
Every Mod Watches UK timepiece comes with a comprehensive 12-month warranty covering the internal movement and any manufacturing defects.
Can I request a bespoke design?
Absolutely. If you have a specific dial, bezel, or hand combination in mind, please contact our design team via the 'Custom Order' page to start your bespoke build.
