At Mod Watches UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bespoke timepiece. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) code.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and warranty cards are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Workshop

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier point; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the watch, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
